Foundation

Foundation is perfect for you if you want a structured, personalised training plan but don’t feel like you need regular check-ins or ongoing coaching support.


You’ll receive a tailored training program, app access, and guidance to help you train safely and effectively, with check-ins to keep you on track and progressing over time. This option is ideal if you’re fairly independent but still want expert guidance and a clear plan.

Foundation coaching includes:

  • Exercise video demonstrations

  • Programme update every 4–6 weeks

  • Basic nutrition guidance (calorie target or general guidelines)

  • Monthly check-in?

  • Email support

  • Progress tracking

Good for motivated, experienced, budget-conscious clients


Progress (most popular)

Progress is for you if you want accountability, support, and coaching alongside your training program.


Along with your personalised training plan, you’ll receive regular check-ins, nutrition guidance, habit coaching, and ongoing support to help you stay consistent and make real progress. This is the best option if you want to feel supported, stay accountable, and have your plan adjusted as your body, lifestyle, and goals change.

Progress coaching includes:

  • Personalised training programme

  • Training app access

  • Exercise video demonstrations

  • Programme updates every 4 weeks

  • Nutrition coaching (calorie & macro targets)

  • Habit coaching

  • Weekly check-ins

  • Weekly messaging support

  • Progress tracking

  • Form checks via video

  • Adjustments based on progress, lifestyle, cycle, menopause, pregnancy, etc.

Good for most clients — fat loss, muscle building, menopause, postnatal


Perform (premium)

Perform is a fully coached, high-support package for those who want a hands-on coaching experience.


This package includes personalised training, full nutrition coaching, weekly check-ins, and unlimited support, with your program regularly adjusted based on your progress, recovery, and lifestyle. This is for you if you want expert guidance, accountability, and a coach in your corner every step of the way.
